LOS ANGELES, CA (B. Jolley Productions) - B. Jolley Productions, an entertainment production and talent management company, today announced that European Country
Music Award nominee Carly Goodwin is taking
Europe by storm with the launch of her Uniting The World Through
Music European tour. B. Jolley Productions along with Armed Forces Entertainment and European Country
Radio joined forces to create this highly anticipated tour that offers fans worldwide a unifying sense of hope and acceptance through music.
The 11-city, 4-country tour kicked off in Ramstein, Germany on Sept. 8 playing to crowds of thousands. The Uniting The World Through Music Tour combines Goodwin's heartfelt lyrics and angelic voice with a message of peace and tolerance in these uncertain times.
Rising star Goodwin's self-titled debut album has received dozens of industry accolades and has garnered even more support for this next-generation, country music sensation. The album was produced by Grammy Award winner Carl Jackson and is available at www.carlygoodwin.com. Fans can also purchase Goodwin's album though amazon.com, iTunes or Tower Records.
"My inspiration for this Tour was largely due to the sentiment in America and around the world about all the civil and cultural unrest we're seeing today," said Goodwin. "On the heels of the fifth anniversary of the September 11th attacks on the United States and countless other terrorist attacks and wars currently being fought around the world, I hope my music can bring us together, enlighten and help us see each other in a different, more positive light."
Earlier this year, Goodwin's duet with country music legend Willy Nelson - a remake of Patsy Cline's "Crazy" - was a smash hit with European audiences earning Goodwin a European Country Music Award nomination.
"This Tour was important to Carly for a number of reasons," said Jeanette Jolley, Carly Goodwin's manager. "Carly recently finished her Baby Come Back Home Tour where she performed for over 75 military bases, and presented U.S. troops in the Middle East with a 15 mile-long letter from their loved ones. This Tour is the next phase of Carly's mission to share a message of peace and hope with people around the world."
