 NASHVILLE, TN (Rascal Flatts Official Website) - RASCAL FLATTS is announcing today that their second headline show at Nashville's Gaylord Entertainment Center on September 22 will benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. In 2005 the band donated proceeds from their Nashville concert to the hospital contributing $600,000 dollars in funds. 'Last year we had the pleasure to visit the hospital and meet some of the children and their families,' said Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox. 'We saw first hand what it meant to lend a hand and are very honored to be able to do something to help again.' The Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt is a leading provider of pediatric healthcare, ranked among the top ten children's hospitals and the top ten pediatric cancer services in the nation by Child magazine.
