Sydney, AU. (EMI MUSIC Australia) - Keith Urban's "Once In A Lifetime," the first release from his forthcoming as of yet untitled fourth studio album, made history today by debuting at No 17 on one of Billboard's Song Charts. According to the trade publication, it becomes the highest debuting single in the 62-year history of the chart, outpacing two previous singles, both of which debuted at No 18. Once In A Lifetime' will be at Australian radio and TV from September 4.

Over the course of his career, ARIA Award winner Keith Urban has amassed 7 No 1 singles, 11 Top 5's, several multi-Platinum albums, numerous accolades and recognition from The Grammy Awards, The American Music Awards (AMAs), The Billboard Music Awards and is the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year, as well as the CMA and ACM Male Vocalist of the Year.

Once In A Lifetime' is another in a line of upbeat, infectious rockers that have come to be one of Urban's trademarks. Written by John Shanks and Urban, Once In A Lifetime' reunites the writing tandem responsible for inking Somebody Like You' from Golden Road, the longest running No 1 of 2004. The song was co-produced by Urban and long-time producer Dann Huff.
