 Seattle, WA (BLUETAIL RECORDS AND PUBLISHING) - Multi-instrumentalist Mary Wiles, who has been hailed by the press as one of the Pacific Northwest's hottest attractions on the country music scene, has just released a new radio single "Trainliner" from her album "Why Not Take a Chance" on the Bluetail Records label, which is nationally distributed by Faithworks of STL Inc. This upbeat song describes a train going to a "sweet country" and features Mary Wiles on blues harmonica, violin, keyboards and guitar in a country rock boogie style. Head and shoulders above most artists signed these days, Wiles plays seven instruments on her album and wrote all the songs, two of which have already won songwriting awards. The title track and recent single, "Why Not Take a Chance" went up to No 4 on God's Country International Gospel Music Chart and No 10 on the National Country Gospel Chart for June. Wiles has won multiple songwriting, vocal, and performance competitions from the likes of Billboard.
