Rascal Flatts To Perform Outdoor Concert Appearance On Jimmy Kimmel Live On Monday, July 17, 2006

NASHVILLE, TN. (Lyric Street) -- Vocal Group Rascal Flatts will make a very special appearance tonight (July 10) before resuming their 'Me And My Gang' tour this weekend after a short vacation break. The band will perform in the East Room of the White House this evening for an invitation only black-tie dinner, 'A Tribute to the Special Olympics and Eunice Kennedy Shriver.' Shriver established the Special Olympics in 1968 and the organization is the largest effort to provide sports training and athletic competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing life-changing opportunities to more than 2.25 million athletes worldwide.
