NEW YORK (NY Post) - According to the New York Post, Kurt Cobains highly publicized diaries from his youth and his time in Nirvana are being considered for publication and could hit the shelves later this year. Last year, Courtney Love handed over the diaries to Nirvana biographer Charles R. Cross for research on his book Heavier Than Heaven: A Biography of Kurt Cobain. But according to an unnamed source close to the Cobain family, the writings can stand on their own. There are lyrics, drawings, essays about his career plans for Nirvana, updated lists of his favorite records, and extensive writings on drug use, says the source. "This book will be a primer for all young rock musicians and an education for everyone who thought they knew him."
