Nashville, TN (Craven Country Jamboree) -- Today, Craven Country Jamboree organizers announced the last remaining artists to round out what is sure to be the strongest lineup for a Canadian country music festival this summer.

Travis Tritt, the platinum selling outlaw cowboy, best known for his vocal style and award-winning song writing, will headline Friday night's show. Tritt's unique blend of country, rock, soul, and blues will be a special treat for Craven fans.

Joining Tritt on Friday is Joe Nichols. Nichols, who is best known for his rollicking number one hit, Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off, will bring with him an atmosphere of good-natured fun. Jessica Andrews, the stylish and beautiful Nashville songstress will round out a solid Friday night lineup.
Also announced today is an exciting new Canadian artist, Gord Bamford, who will bring his honest country sound to the stage on Sunday.

The Molson Canadian Rocks Thursday night kick-off party will feature the tried and true musical chemistry of the Bellamy Brothers who created the mold for all duo acts who followed. They currently hold the record for most duo nominations in both the Academy of Country Music (ACM) and the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards.

'Our talent is deep this year, including many artists who are multi-award winners. We're proud to offer this kind of quality to our fans,' said Brian Andrews, show producer. 'Saskatchewan will be the site of the best festival in Canada. We're bringing some great talent that we hope country music fans will enjoy.'

Included in the line-up are previously announced acts Alan Jackson, Big & Rich, Sawyer Brown, Randy Travis, Craig Morgan, Restless Heart, Amanda Wilkinson, Little Texas, Corb Lund and the Hurtin' Albertans, Freddy Fender, and the comedy duo of Williams and Ree, who will once again host the event.

Weekend passes are still available for the incredible price of $139 until the end of April when they will increase to $159. Tickets are available at the CCJ office, CBOs, and at participating SLGA liquor outlets. Call the CCJ office at 1-866-388-0007 for more information.
