NASHVILLE, TN. (Country Thunder USA) - Kristy O. and Buffy Lawson, country duo Bomshel, will be performing at the Country Thunder USA Festival Saturday, April 8th as the closing act on the Casino Arizona Bud Saloon Stage at 9:45pm (MST). Bomshel, who has been on a whirlwind radio tour for the past five weeks, has been receiving such positive feedback that they are ready to extend their radio tour through the month of April.

The Country Thunder USA festival, now in its 13th year, started this past Wednesday at Canyon Moon Ranch in historic Florence, Arizona with 30 performers including the likes of Carrie Underwood, Travis Tritt, Brooks & Dunn, Phil Vassar, LeAnne Rimes and more. Bomshel is set to close the show Saturday, April 8th on the Casino Arizona Bud Saloon Stage with an hour set which will include their single 'It Was an Absolutely Finger Lickin' Grits & Chicken Country Music Love Song' and their dance hit 'Bomshel Stomp.'

Bomshel has had quite a successful five weeks on their radio tour. Stopping at close to 70 cities for special acoustic performances the girls have won over more than 80 radio stations with their fun-loving in-your-face sound and personalities. Radio programmers and on-air personalities in cities including Orlando, Houston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Buffalo, etc., have had such a positive reaction to them that the tour has been extended through the month of April to include cities such as Kansas City, San Diego, Memphis, and Baton Rouge.

'I haven't been this excited about an act since the Dixie Chicks came by,' said JD Cannon from WFMS Radio in Indianapolis, IN.
