Nashville, TN (Diamond Rio Official Website) - Arista Nashville's Diamond Rio will perform the National Anthem at The Food City 500's pre-race ceremonies at Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 26th at 1pm EST on FOX. As long time supporters and fans of NASCAR, the band are looking forward to performing for the sold out crowd of 160,000 and catching up with their buddy NASCAR champion, Tony Stewart.

Diamond Rio will release a new album of hits, Greatest Hits II, on Arista Records Nashville, May 9. With a career of nine No 1 singles and 15 Top 5 singles, this album includes many of those hits such as the multi-week chart-toppers 'One More Day,' 'Beautiful Mess' and 'I Believe,' as well as, four new songs to add to the band's legacy including the touching new single 'God Only Cries.'

The video for 'God Only Cries,' directed by Traci Goudie and produced by Elisa Sanders, was shot in Nashville, TN this past week.
