Codie's debut album 'The Road Ahead' voted album of the year, features the singles 'Not Just the Beer Talkin', 'The Road Ahead', as well as his brand new single 'He's Not Me' being released to radio in April 2006.

'The Road Ahead' was recorded in Nashville with producer Steve Fox. It includes 12 original songs on which 11 Codie had a hand in writing along with other talented Canadian songwriters such as Tim Taylor, Steve Fox & Jay Semko.
