NASHVILLE, TN. (Maine Academy of Country Music) - The Maine Academy of Country Music will sponsor a tribute/benefit show for Jerry Lindsey, one of Maine's own country artists.

He was taken ill while on tour in TN. He is unable to come back home. His wife is traveling back and forth. Expenses are mounting up. (Since this writing, Jerry passed away Jan 2, 2006 in TN.) We will also accept raffle items, ie CDs etc from anyone wishing to help that way. Or help with the food.
