NEW YORK (WILLOWMYST MUSIC) - The evocative music of Moira Nelson and Elena Jubinville is a unique blend of harp, cello and vocal harmonies. Their performance will be featured at the Pickering, Ontario Mayor's Levee on the afternoon of January 1, 2006.

Moira's music is gaining international recognition and one of her compositions appears on a compilation released in Italy. Award winning cellist/vocalist Elena Jubinville is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto's music program and is one of the musicians featured on Moira's second CD, 'After the Fall'. The two are now working on a new album, 'Celteclectic', to be released in the spring. From expressive instrumentals to dynamic a cappella ballads, this promises to be a truly unforgettable CD.

What listeners are saying:

'You blend together so beautifully and performed magically.'
Dorothy E. Stewart, organizer of a recent concert

'Moira blends many musical influences to come up with her own unique and imaginative style. She demonstrates prowess and depth as both musician and poet.'
Jennifer Pratt-Walter of the Folk Harp Journal

'Moira Nelson creates music that is food for your soul!'
Mark Lush of Midwestbands.com
