(Rhett Akins Official Website) - Last week Rhett Akins ran into a few fans outside of the Dukes of Hazard gift show on Music Valley Drive as they were admiring the replica of The General Lee. Akins, who was heading to his tour bus for a weekend show in Pensacola, FL, took time to play these guys a preview of his upcoming single 'Kiss My Country Ass.' It didn't take more than the first line for them to get really fired up about the new song.

Akins has been getting the same response to the song when he plays it in concert. The demand has been so great that he's started selling 'Kiss My Country Ass' merchandise at his shows. Fans won't have to wait much longer as the single will be headed to radio at the end of November. Until then, Akins keeps giving them what they want on the road.
