Nashville, TN (Lyric Street Records) - Rascal Flatts' third album on Lyric Street Records, Feels Like Today, has been certified Triple Platinum (sales over three million) by the RIAA. Rascal Flatts is the only country group to have a triple platinum-plus certification this year. Feels Like Today was certified Platinum just five days after its September 28, 2004 release, simultaneously debuting at No 1 on both Billboard's Top 200 Albums Chart for all formats and the Top Country Albums Chart. Feels Like Today currently holds the No 5 position on the Top 75 Country Albums Chart and is the best selling Country album of the year.

The triple platinum album features the multi-week No 1 singles, Fast Cars and Freedom and Bless The Broken Road. Rascal Flatts' fourth single from the album, Skin (Sarabeth), is currently a Top 10 hit and continues to climb the charts. Rascal Flatts' three album catalog has surpassed sales of 7 million units.
Lyric Street Records is a part of the Buena Vista Music Group. The Buena Vista Music Group is the recorded music and music publishing arm of the Walt Disney Company.
