NASHVILLE, TN. - Brad Paisley opened his highly anticipated TIME WELL WASTED tour this past weekend with sold-out shows in Portland, OR and Puyallup, WA. Paisley surprised the crowd in Washington by having his good friend William Shatner join him on stage for a duet on "Real." The crowd loved this deviation from the show and Shatner lead the audience in chanting B.P., B.P., B.P. Paisley's has entirely new staging that includes over 125 moving lights, three video screens and two 30 foot tall soft LED video wall. Paisley is the first country music artist to use the LED walls (U2 and Beyonce are some of the others using the new tech). Throughout the concert animation is displayed on the screens - all designed and created by Paisley himself. "CMT on Tour: Brad Paisley TIME WELL WASTED 2005" featuring Sara Evans and special guest Sugarland heads to sold-out shows in Reno, NV and Kelseyville CA later this week and then on to two nights in Los Angeles at the Gibson Universal Amphitheatre. Paisley will be performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, Oct. 3 on ABC Television - check your local listings for time.
