Nashville, TN - Country star Trace Adkins was released from the hospital today and is home resting comfortably. Adkins had been hospitalized since late Friday evening (9/16) after undergoing emergency surgery for an abdominal inflammatory infection.
Concerts thru September 24th had been cancelled, and while his doctors expect a full recovery and no post-operative complications, they have recommended that he cancel his concert in Bloomsburg, PA on Tuesday, September 27.
