(Trace Adkins Official Website) - Chart-topping country music sensation Trace Adkins will make a guest appearance on the season premiere of NBC's new comedy series, "My Name Is Earl' on Tuesday, September 20 at 9pm ET. In the pilot episode, Earl (Jason Lee) wins a $100,000 scratch-off lottery ticket and then loses it after being hit by a car. While in the hospital, Earl has an epiphany while watching "Last Call with Carson Daly" and based on something Daly says, Earl decides he needs to make up for all the terrible things he's done in the past and cleanse his karma. Adkins plays himself as Daly's guest on "Last Call". Adkins is presently riding high on the success of his latest No 1 album, Songs About Me. On September 26, Capitol Records/Nashville will release "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," the third single from the CD and the follow-up to the project's previous hits, including the title track and the powerful ballad, "Arlington."
