Kentucky Headhunters Get Sirius This Weekend

NASHVILLE, TN. (Kentucky Headhunters Official Website) - Richard Young of the Kentucky HeadHunters is scheduled to sit down and talk with his longtime friend and neighbor Hillbilly Jim on Sirius Satellite Radio's Outlaw Country Channel 36 on Saturday, August 6th at 10:00 AM EST. Jim has invited Richard to the 'Moonshine Matinee,' and the title couldn't be more appropriate! Fans can expect to hear Richard comment on their new album BIG BOSS MAN, their 2005 tour, and play some of their favorite Kentucky artists that share the same outlaw attitude.

The segment will be rebroadcast on Sunday, August 7th at 2:00 PM EST.

The Kentucky HeadHunters established their outlaw reputation in 1991 with their smash debut PICKIN' ON NASHVILLE. That album went on to sell over two million copies, as well as winning 'Album of the Year' and 'Group of the Year' at the CMA, ACM and Grammy award presentations. Their next album, ELECTRIC BARNYARD, sold over 500,000 copies, and it produced the single, 'The Ballad of Davy Crockett'.
