NASHVILLE, TN. (Gulf Coast Records) - Glenn Cummings (Gulf Coast Records) started the summer with a bang at the CMA Music Festival. He had a full schedule that ranged from performances, autograph sessions, interviews and even some athletic competition.

Glenn began and concluded CMA Music Festival the same way, by signing autographs at his booth at the Wrangler Fan Fair (exhibit hall), by the end of the festival he had signed over 2,000 autographs. Glenn's fan club membership also increased dramatically with hunderds of new fans signing up, many of which came back time and time again to see Glenn. Glenn took time off from his booth to stop by the Country Music Today Magazine's booth to visit and sign for fans there.

"CMA Music Festival/Fan Fair is always a busy, crazy and fun time. We were very happy Glenn could take the time to join us at our booth, and were certainly impressed by the fans' response to him," said Steve Betts, Editor-In-Chief, Country Music Today Magazine.

In addition to signing autographs, Glenn gave energetic performances at the Greased Lightning® Daytime Stages, Tootsies' Orchid Lounge and at the IFCO Shindig at the Texas Troubadour Theater and for WMIL's Milwaulkee Radio Station's Listener Appreciation Breakfast held at the Downtown Sheraton. Glenn also stopped by XM Radio and Sirius Radio to perform acoustically.

'Glenn Cummings is as genuine a country singer as they come. He was born to sing these songs,' said Scott Lindy, Sirius Satellite Radio's Director of Country Programming.

Glenn showed his athletic side at the Sports Zone for The T.G.I. Friday's Sports Challenge. He teamed up with other artists and professional athletes to compete in events like a football toss, baseball speed pitch, hockey accuracy shot, and a chipping and casting challenge. Although his team didn't prevail, Glenn and his team gave the fans something to cheer about and the other teams a run for their money.

His current single, "Good Old Days," has reached the Top 35 on Music Row and No. 45 on the R&R Indicator. Glenn is out on the road this summer, for a complete listing of his performance dates, go to www.gccountry.com.
