NASHVILLE, TN. (www.sammysadler.com) - Texas recording artist Sammy Sadler will make his CMA Music Festival debut with a performance from the Chevrolet Sports Zone stage at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, June 12. The show follows an autograph signing session at the Country Music Today Magazine booth from noon to 1 p.m., and a week filled with media interviews. Currently in pre-production for his forthcoming project with producer Jerry Cupit (Ken Mellons; George Jones; BLOOD MONEY soundtrack), fans can expect Sammy to perform his upcoming single, "No Place To Land," as well as his three Texas Music Chart hits -"I Know A Place," "Hard On A Heart" and That Ole Gravel Road." Sadler has toured continuously since the release of his debut CD, HARD ON A HEART and media coverage has moved beyond the Murder On Music Row shooting he survived in 1989 (COURT TV, CNN) to focus on his album, live performances, new website, and his involvement with the National Organization for Victims' Assistance (NOVA). The Sports Zone is located at the foot of the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge, and admission is free to the public. The Zone is a great family area, filled with entertainers, celebrity athletes, games and amusements. "The CMA Music Festival attracts country music fans from the world over. It is truly an honor to be invited to play at this year's event. I can't wait to join the party," says Sadler. For the latest news on Sammy, visit www.sammysadler.com
