MANHATTAN, KS. (Stampede Festival PR) - The 10th Annual Country Stampede festival in Manhattan, Kansas is proud to host 2005 ACM 'Top Make Vocalist' and 'Album of the Year' Winner Keith Urban. The 40th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards featured performances by Country Stampede favorites Keith Urban, Big & Rich, and Sugarland during Tuesday night's broadcast. In addition to the performances, Country Stampede artists such as Phil Vassar, Lonestar's Keech Rainwater and Dean Sams, Cowboy Troy, Sawyer Brown's Mark Miller, and Montgomery Gentry were also on hand to present their peers with the prestigious honor.

Country Stampede President Wayne Rouse was confident when entering preparations for this year's event that the festival would maintain their reputation, hosting the hottest performers in country music. 'We had an overwhelming response to all the artists on this year's line-up, but especially Keith Urban, Montgomery Gentry, and Big & Rich,' Rouse commented. 'If their performances at Country Stampede resemble Tuesday night's ACM performances, our fans will be blown away!'

With over 40 hours of entertainment, the best camping nationwide, and the widest assortment of food, Country Stampede offers more!
