NASHVIL:LE, TN. (CMA Music Festival) - The race is on as to whether there will be more stars in the sky or onstage at the Nightly Concerts at The Coliseum during the 2005 CMA Music Festival, as Miranda Lambert, Kenny Rogers, Sugarland, Van Zant and Trisha Yearwood join the star-packed artist performance lineup. "Country Music's Biggest Party" runs Thursday through Sunday, June 9-12, in Downtown Nashville.

"Where else but CMA Music Festival can the fans can see the legends, superstars and today's hottest new Country Music acts all in one place," said Ed Benson, CMA Executive Director. "Whether an attendee purchases a single night concert ticket or a four-day pass to the entire event, the Nightly Concert lineup is a Country Music lover's dream."

Superstar singer/actor Rogers has received five CMA Awards during his prestigious career, including both Male Vocalist and Album of the Year (for The Gambler) in 1979. His most recent album, 42 Ultimate Hits, recently was certified Gold by the RIAA. Yearwood, who will release her highly-anticipated new album Jasper Country (featuring her new single "Georgia Rain") on Sept. 13, has received three CMA Awards including two consecutive wins as Female Vocalist of the Year in 1997 and 1998.

"Nashville Star" fan-favorite Lambert released her critically-acclaimed debut album Kerosene earlier this year, featuring the hit single "Me and Charlie Talking." The trio known as Sugarland also released their self-titled debut album this year, featuring the hit singles "Baby Girl" and "Something More." Van Zant's debut album, Get Right With The Man, featuring the hit single "Help Somebody," will be in-stores on May 10. The brother duo have been members of Southern Rock royalty for years fronting for 38 Special (Donnie) and Lynyrd Skynyrd (Johnny).

The artists named above join a stellar lineup of previously announced artists who will perform during the Nightly Concerts at The Coliseum including Trace Adkins; Dierks Bentley; Big & Rich with a special guest appearance by Cowboy Troy; Diamond Rio; Sara Evans; Josh Gracin; Jo Dee Messina; Craig Morgan; Rascal Flatts; LeAnn Rimes; Julie Roberts; Blake Shelton; Travis Tritt; Keith Urban; Phil Vassar; Gretchen Wilson; and Lee Ann Womack; with more artists to be announced soon.
