NASHVILLE, TN. (USA Network) - Country singer/songwriter and Nashville Star judge Phil Vassar will perform his number one hit single, "In A Real Love," live on this week's episode of Nashville Star. The remaining five contestants will also be joining Phil on stage for the song.
Nashville Star, USA Network's grassroots talent search reality series to find the next country music superstar, continues its third season on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at 10:00 PM (ET/PT)/9:00 CT on USA Network.

Two weeks ago, Phil opened the show with a performance of his current single, "I'll Take That As A Yes (The Hot Tub Song)." Yahoo Music News reported that "his racy, grunt-laden ode to the joys of hot-tub lovin'S" was a "lusty number."

Both singles hail from Phil's third Arista Nashville album, "Shaken Not Stirred," with "In A Real Love," spending two weeks atop the country music charts. In addition to his duties as Nashville Star judge, his tour schedule keeps him out on the road presenting his energetic performances that have earned fan support and widespread critical acclaim.
