NASHVILLE, TN. (Rustie Blue Official Website) - Rustie Blue and Bill Anderson have won the Vocal Collaboration of the Year for 'Chip Chip' in the 2005 European CMA Awards Choice! "Chip Chip" the single was released to radio in early August 2004, and became the title track to Rustie's third album, released in mid-October.

Rustie Blue had this to say upon hearing about the award: I'm overwhelmed to have recorded with the Legendary "Whisperin Bill Anderson; It was such an honor! I'm so thankful to have had the song "Chip Chip" reach the No 1 position on the ECMA chart in October, stay on the chart for several weeks, and still is high on the chart, to have performed with Bill Anderson on January 8th, 2005 at the "Midnite Jamboree" in Nashville, to hear Bill announce that night that he is releasing his new album, "The Way I Fee,l" and included 'Chip Chip' on the album, to be nominated by the ECMA for "Vocal Collaboration Of The Year," now to win in that category! What an honor!
Thanks goes 1st to my fans, you are the reason I do what I do, to the ECMA and the DJ's that played 'Chip Chip', thanks to Bill for giving me the privilege of recording 'Chip Chip' with him and for all of his support, thanks to my entire music team, you are the bridge between my fans and me! I'm definitely on a high!"

Rustie Blue recently released "The Devil May Care," the second single off of her Chip Chip album. This upbeat, traditional country song is a sassy tune about a relationship gone bad. 'The Devil May Care' was written by written by Becky Hobbs ('Angels Among Us'), Don Goodman, and Craig Karp. It can be found on CDX #365 track 15, Mark Trail Music compilation No 10, and on the April CHi Hotdisc.

Rustie has been featured in many publications including Country Weekly, Music Row magazine, Roots Music Report, Country Music Round-Up, and Country Gazette. Rustie was also featured on the cover of both "H.E.E.T." magazine January 2002 and Blazing Boots in February 2005! She has made numerous TV appearances, such as Fox 28 WTTE, Nashville Video Showcase, and a well known "Bingo Show" broadcast on TV Denmark 2, across the entire country and Greenland.
