NASHVILLE, TN. (Broken Bow Records) - Broken Bow Recording artist CRAIG MORGAN is currently celebrating his first No 1 song with 'That's What I Love About Sunday' which hit No 1 on both the Billboard and R&R country singles charts this week. Not only is this the first No 1 for
Craig Morgan, but it is also the first No 1 for Broken Bow Records, producer Phil O'Donnell and the songwriters of 'That's What I Love About Sunday', Adam Dorsey and Mark Narmore.
'That's What I Love About Sunday' is the lead single from Craig's second full length album for Broken Bow Records, MY KIND OF LIVIN', released on March 8th. Morgan has been on a whirlwind tour of in-store signings and performances over the past week, visiting Atlanta, Ft. Myers, Charlotte, Nashville and Dallas to support his album release. Presently in Washington, D.C., Craig is a guest on the G. GORDON LIDDY show where he did a 'live' in-studio interview and acoustic performance of his current hit single, and later taped an entertainment interview for the PENTAGON CHANNEL.
'The most rewarding thing about having a No 1 record for me is seeing the gratitude on the faces of all the people who are working so hard for me,' shares Morgan. 'After hearing the No 1 news, getting to meet Secretary of Defense, Donald H. Rumsfeld, Deputy Secretary of Defense, Paul Wolfowitz, Vice Chief of Staff Army, General Richard Cody, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Public Affairs, Internal Communications and Public Liaison, Allison Barber was icing on the cake.'
Craig a former military man with various tours of duty, is an avid supporter of the military currently supporting America Supports You, a nationwide program launched by the Department of Defense, that recognizes citizens' support for our military men and women and communicates that support to members of our Armed Forces at home and abroad.
