NASHVILLE, TN. (Rusite Blue Official Website) - Rustie Blue has released the second single off of her Chip Chip album: "The Devil May Care." This upbeat, traditional country song is a sassy tune about a relationship gone bad. It can be found on CDX #365 track 15, Mark Trail Music compilation #10, and on the April CHi Hotdisc.

Rustie Blue and Bill Anderson teamed up to record "Chip Chip" in the Sony studio just days before Rustie left for Australia. "Chip Chip" the single was released to radio in early August 2004, and became the title track to Rustie's third album, released in mid-October. "Chip Chip" was #1 on the E.C.M.A. Chart for 3 weeks in October 2004, and it still holding strong at #8. It also hit the New Music Weekly chart, and went to #4 on the International HotDisc Chart in October 2004. Rustie and Bill both are looking forward to further success of the release. Rustie Blue and Bill Anderson have been nominated for the Vocal Collaboration of the Year for "Chip Chip" in the 2005 European CMA Awards Choice! To cast your vote, please visit https://www.europeancma.com/awards_2005.htm Voting ends March 31, 2005.
"Chip Chip" is not the first duet Rustie has recorded with a country legend. She recorded and released "Talk of the Town" a duet with Grand Ole' Opry member Ernie Ashworth in 2002.

Rustie's second album was released in January of 2002 entitled, Enter At Your Own Risk. It is a mix of Traditional Country with a bluesy sound. Her first single released from the album, "Who's She To You," hit the air waves shortly after the album was released, spent 8 weeks in the E.M.S. European Chart, peaking at #17. Her second release, "On and On and On" went to #1 on the "Hot Country Singles Chart" in May of 2002. It stayed on the E.M.S. chart for seven weeks.

Rustie Blue also enjoyed much success with her debut album That Oughta Do It. The first single released from the album, "I'm Dropping Tears," climbed to #7 on the Worldwide Mainstream Chart (for most played artist), in August 2001. In September 2001, the album was nominated for album of the year and Rustie was nominated for female vocalist of the year in Indie Tracker magazine.

Rustie has been featured in many publications including, Southern Country, Country Music Round-Up, and Country Gazette. Rustie was also featured on the cover of both "H.E.E.T." magazine January 2002 and Blazing Boots in February 2005! She has made numerous TV appearances, such as, Fox 28 WTTE, Nashville Video Showcase, and a well known "Bingo Show" broadcast on TV Denmark 2, across the entire country and Greenland.
