WASHINGTON, DC (Larry King Cardiac Foundation announcement) - Tim McGraw will be in Washington, DC this Friday night, March 11, lending his talents to perform for the Larry King Cardiac Foundation Benefit, 'An Evening with Larry King and Friends.' Larry King and wife Shawn Southwick-King are hosts for the event. McGraw will perform an exclusive acoustic show with the Dancehall Doctors at the fund-raising gala for Washington dignitaries, media personalities and DC business leaders. Actor and comedian Martin Short will also appear. The Larry King Cardiac Foundation was established in 1988 to provide funding for life-saving cardiac procedures for individuals who, due to limited means and inadequate insurance, would otherwise be unable to receive treatment. The Foundation works with hospitals throughout the nation to ensure that such patients receive the medical attention they require. The Larry King Cardiac Foundation is funded from the proceeds of these annual galas, corporate sponsorships, King's books and speaking engagements. For more information go to www.lkcf.org.
