NASHVILLE, TN. (Sony/ RED) - Though the title of his latest album is Down In Flames, nothing could be father from the truth for Red Dirt singer/songwriter Brandon Jenkins. Brandon and his independent label, Western Soul Records recently inked a three-year deal with Sony/RED to distribute Down In Flames and future Brandon Jenkins albums. The Sony/RED street date for Down In Flames is April 5, 2005.

'I am excited because this opens the door to infinite possibilities, taking my music to new places and new people. We have been getting a significant amount of radio play, but now when people hear it on the radio they can go into the local music stores and purchase the entire album,' says Brandon.

Brandon's new single 'The Whole World's Gone Crazy,' is featured on Texas Music Magazine's first ever Anniversary CD. Brandon shares the bill with Reckless Kelly, Luke Olson, Bob Schneider, Randy Rogers, Billy Joe Shaver, Eleven Hundred Springs, Charlie Robison and many more. 'The Whole World's Gone Crazy' debuts this week at number 49 on the Texas Music Chart.
