NEW YORK (Sony BMG Entertainment) - The newly merged Sony BMG Classical division, with Gilbert Hetherwick just appointed as its President, is proud to present the first classical album to debut as a "DualDisc" - The 5 Browns - on February 8, on the RCA Red Seal label.

This exuberant new recording from The 5 Browns is the perfect vehicle for DualDisc. The 5 Browns are actually three sisters and two brothers - Desirae, Deondra, Gregory, Melody and Ryan - an all-American family of piano virtuosos, and they play a wide and interesting range of classical favorites on their debut recording, from five-piano arrangements of "The Flight of the Bumble Bee" and The Sorcerer's Apprentice to unusual duo and solo repertoire.

Taking full advantage of DualDisc's capabilities, the disc includes the complete audio recording on the CD side, as well as the recording in a 5.l Surround Sound mix, two music videos and interviews footage of the artists on the DVD side.

They're a dazzling quintet of gifted musicians who seem an awful lot like the nice kids next door. The DualDisc introduces them in style, and American audiences will soon be meeting them in person.
In addition to a live TV appearance February 11th on Good Morning America they will also be featured on 60 Minutes. This spring, they will embark on a U.S. concert tour.
