Rocking a stunning gown and pearls around her neck, Bey joined the Dixie Chicks for a not-so-surprise performance of her country-tinged song "Daddy Lessons" off her critically-acclaimed album LEMONADE. With the trio of Natalie Maines, Emily Robison, and Martie Maguire beside her, Bey repped her Texas roots, backed by her band.

"Yeah, CMAs! Hope ya'll feeling good. Give it up for the Dixie Chicks," she said. And thankfully for fans, Beyonce and the Dixie Chicks also recorded their a studio version of Daddy Lessons, making the extra-twangy track available for streaming after their performance.

After leaving the stage, Bey showed off her Zuhair Murad gown in the press room, skipping the country music tradition of big hair in favor of puffed-out shoulders.
