NASHVILLE, TN. (Webster PR) - Event organizers have put the finishing touches on a Nashville New Year's Eve for the record book. Korbel's's All-American New Year's Eve Bash is scheduled to put the Music City in the national spotlight with country stars, a 20-foot guitar and a national telecast carrying the event live.

Highlights include:

A nationwide, live telecast by Fox News Channel will connect New York City's Times Square with Nashville, New Mexico and other locations across the country via satellite to ring in the new year.

Lee Greenwood serves Fox News Channel's national correspondent from Nashville, conducting interviews and introducing the night's headline acts.

Ronnie Milsap, 6-time Grammy award winner and 2004 Grammy nominee, along with Chely Wright, country music award-winning songstress, will grace the concert stage to coincide with the live Fox News Channel telecast.

Nashville Star winner and Alabama native son Brad Cotter rings in the New Year on stage in Nashville (and if that's not a dream come true for a Nashville Star, what is?) joins the festivities with a performance leading into a dramatic drop of 20-foot guitar, emblazoned with lights and the logos of event sponsor Korbel Champagne to welcome 2005.

Beginning at 8 pm, with the new face of Nashville takes the stage. Muzik Mafia member DJ Chance with the Tennessee Trailer Choir, and Ligion to get the party started downtown in front of one of the largest crowds downtown has seen in years due to festivities throughout the downtown area. In addition the "normal" New Year's Eve crowd Nashville normally draws, the crowd is supplemented by University of Minnesota and University of Alabama fans in town for the Music City Bowl.

True to its "All-American New Years Eve Bash" moniker, the event will welcome all active duty military who present valid identification with free admission as a show of appreciation for their sacrifice overseas and around the world.

"New Year's Eve in Nashville has grown every year," said event producer Philip Steen, ceo of Sports Development Group. "To have the opportunity to show off the best of the Music City to a national audience like Fox News Channel is really an "only-in-Nashville kind of moment.

"You put Lee Greenwood, Ronnie Milsap, Chely Wright and Brad Cotter on the same stage and the result is a once-in-a-lifetime event," Steen added.
The event is sponsored by Korbel Champagne and 95.5 The Wolf Nashville Country.
