Evolution At Reviver: Reviver Entertainment Group Launched
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) - David Ross, President and CEO of Reviver Records, announces the launch of Reviver Entertainment Group, which encompasses Reviver Records, Reviver Label Services, 1608, Reviver Publishing, and Reviver Productions.

Gator Michaels, SVP Promotion, moves to EVP/GM for REG, reporting directly to President/CEO David Ross. Michaels will oversee all aspects of REG.

Bob Reeves who serves as VP/Promotion and also covers the West Coast radio promotion for 1608 becomes SVP of Promotion, overseeing promotion for both Reviver Records and 1608 Promotion. Reeves came to Reviver after a long line of success in the industry, six years at Warner Music Nashville, as well as a recent stint at Blaster Records.

"This is a well-deserved recognition of the proven success and creativity both Gator and Bob have shown. They both bring energy, drive and passion that showcases the capabilities of Reviver Entertainment Group," says David Ross.

Publicity for Reviver Entertainment Group will be handled by Webster Public Relations and distribution of its product continues through BDG, RED - A Division of SONY Music, LLC.

About Gator Michaels
After a decade-long radio career as an on-air personality, program director, music director and promotions director, Gator Michaels served as the GM for Young-Olsen & Associates and the Vice President of Promotion at Dreamcatcher Entertainment prior to joining Warner Bros. Nashville where he obtained the role of Senior Vice President. During that time, he was involved in the careers of Faith Hill, Randy Travis, Michelle Branch, Kid Rock, The Eagles, John Michael Montgomery, Tracy Lawrence, Blake Shelton, Big & Rich, The Wreckers and James Otto. In 2010, Michaels went to lead Davis Music Group as Executive Vice President/General Manager before founding his own promotions company, Instigator Entertainment, in 2011. He then became Vice President of Blaster Records in 2012, helping to garner Top 40 hits for Aaron Lewis, Montgomery Gentry, and Chuck Wicks.
