NASHVILLE, TN. (www.stellaparton.com) - "Tell it sister tell it, let the whole world know" - Stella Parton has done nothing less throughout her illustrious music career. Stella. debuted her new song, "Tell It Sister Tell It" on the 10th Annual Christian Country Music Awards show at the Ryman Auditorium which aired live on the GAC Network. Stella.'s song brought people to the stage in response to it's message.

What a special night for Stella. as she was also honored as the Christian Country Music Association's 2004 Female Vocalist of the Year. When asked about the award, Stella. commented, "I was so surprised and honored to be presented this prestigious award and want to thank all those who complimented me with their vote and support." Although Stella. has received many awards throughout her career, this one was particularly special as it recognized not only her music but her deep and abiding faith.

Variety has been a hallmark of Stella.'s career and last month was not untypical. Early October found Stella. in Norway appearing before capacity crowds at the Vindafjord Country Festival and the Kun i Akra Kirke Church. Bridging the language barrier with her music, she received standing ovations and shared God's message of love and hope.

From Norway, Stella, returned to Tennessee, then to Washington DC, Michigan, California and finally back to Nashville for the award show. During that time, Stella. worked on a new book, performed shows, did some acting, recorded some songs and wrote a few to boot. With new projects in the works and talent yet untapped, we're sure to see much more of Stella. in 2005!
