Lonestar's 'Mr Mom' marks 10th career No1 and continues group's recording setting streak

NASHVILLE, TN. (BNA Records) - Lonestar's latest single, 'Mr. Mom,' from their new album Let's Be Us Again, hit No 1 on both the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart and R&R this week marking the bands 10th career No 1. Lonestar continues to break records this Millennium, as they become the country group with more No 1 singles than any other group this decade (according to Billboard Magazine)

'Mr. Mom' co-written by lead singer Richie McDonald as a tribute to moms gives the band twice as many No 1 country songs (6) than any other group this decade. The bands #1 hits since 2000 include 'My Front Porch Looking In,' 'I'm Already There,' 'Tell Her,' 'What About Now,' and 'Smile.'

The fully animated video for 'Mr. Mom' was so popular that a website was created for the song and video at https://www.mrmom.tv/ including a stream of the video, cellular phone ring tones of 'Mr. Mom' that can be downloaded, bios on the video's animated cast of characters and much more. The video directed by Roman White at rev-o-lution pictures is currently #14 and climbing on the CMT Top 20 Countdown.
