(Thelemaque Associates PR) - First appearing on the world stage in the title role of Franco Zeffirelli's new production of AIDA, Adina Aaron brings her extensive opera/recital experience to Asylum Hill Congregational Church, Saturday, November 13th, 2004 at 8:00 pm, in partnership with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra. Hartford Symphony goers will remember Ms. Aaron from last season's triumphant performance of Barber's Knoxville: Summer of 1915.

Aaron will be joined by multi-talented musician Victor Simonson on the piano. Simonson currently serves as Musical Director for the acclaimed Three Mo' Tenors and is hailed as the youngest African American Musical Director for a Broadway bound show.

The two will perform Handel's Messiah at Metropolitan Baptist Church, Washington, DC, on Sunday, Dec.19, 2004 at 5:00pm with Aaron singing the soprano part and Simonson on organ.
For more information or to purchase tickets by phone, please call Asylum Hill Congregational Church during office hours at (860) 278-0785.
