Feufollet Takes "Cajun And Alt-Country Flavor" On Tour This Spring
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Grammy-nominated Feufollet's "crazy fire" (the meaning of their French name) of musical influences will come together onstage this Spring when the band brings "not just the Cajun style of the band's native Louisiana but Appalachian fiddle music, honky tonk country, and Delta blues" (Entertainment Weekly) to venues across the U.S. on their first national club tour.

Kicking off March 20th in their home state of Louisiana, the tour will be the debut of the "Cajun and alt-country flavored" (WXPN) Bayou-based collective's new album 'Two Universes' (out March 24th on Thirty Tigers). Expect instrument-swapping and foot-stomping when the group brings "a little indie-rock, a little psychedelia, plenty of fun" (WXPN) to the stage.
Listen to album highlight "Know What's Next," which EW calls "plenty rootsy but also nods in the direction of '60s psych-pop and modern-day indie jangle."
Watch their live performance of the "the impossible-not-to-dance-to" (Country Weekly) "Tired of Your Tears":

'Two Universes' follows the celebrated releases 'Cow Island Hop' (2008) and 'En Couleurs,' (2010) which was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Zydeco or Cajun Music Album. 'Two Universes' is the product of long-steeping recording sessions and collaborative songwriting between bandleader Chris Stafford and singer and multi-instrumentalist Kelli Jones-Savoy.
