BRENTWOOD, TN. (Sparrow Records) - 'Indescribable,' the first single from artist-worshiper Chris Tomlin's commercially and critically embraced new album, ARRIVING, has reached No 1 on the Christian Adult Contemporary airplay chart according to Radio & Records magazine. It is Tomlin's first chart-topping hit.

A premier songwriter known for modern worship favorites like 'Forever,' 'We Fall Down,' and 'Famous One,' Tomlin did not write 'Indescribable,' but knew the Laura Story-penned tune was one he wanted to sing upon first listen.
'The expressions of God in the song are so big,' says Tomlin. 'In my head I heard this song being sung in an arena full of people screaming it to God.'

Tomlin is playing arenas throughout this fall and next spring as a special guest on Steven Curtis Chapman's All Things New Tour, with 'Indescribable' becoming a highlight of each show.
Industry insiders and media are also outspoken about the impact of 'Indescribable.' ARRIVING producer Ed Cash calls it 'one of the best songs I've ever heard.' CCM magazine recently stated, 'It is the kind of song with the anthemic appeal of Darlene Zschech's 'Shout To The Lord' or Tim Hughes' 'Here I Am To Worship''expect to hear it for some time to come.'
