Australia's Moses Gunn Collective Deliver 'Shalala' Video
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ SGC Media) Moses Gunn Collective is a 4-piece psych-rock band from Brisbane, Australia. Combining psychedelic dream pop with soulful crooning and howling riffs, the band creates music that feels classic and refreshing all at once. The sound comes from an eclectic mix of established musicians and draws from their individual projects (Orphans Orphans, The Belligerents, The Furrs, Morning Harvey, The Family Jordan). After a few years establishing themselves as local favourites in the exploding Brisbane music scene the boys have now been introduced nationally and to the world, with their latest single "Shalala" scoring national radio rotation, video airplay on the Australian cable music channel Channel [V], and critical acclaim throughout the international blog community.

A blissed out ode to death, "Shalala" is a dreamy psych-rock anthem that draws you in and swallows you up. Life ain't fair, but we're all gonna die someday so don't get hung up on the little things and don't be afraid. Forget your worries and dive deep into the melancholic beauty you're lucky enough to experience. Don't bow your head when you lie in your deathbed, just sing "Shalala".

The video for "Shalala" (directed by Kate Stein), explores the ideas of the track with a strong visual style. Coming from a background in styling, Kate has dressed artists including Yoko Ono, James Franco, Toro Y Moi, The National, and Interpol. Kate also freelances as a Production Designer building sets for music videos, editorials, and music festivals.
