Billy Yates completes successful UK Tour

NASHVILLE, TN. (www.billyates.com) - With the success of his latest CD, ANYWHERE BUT NASHVILLE, award-winning singer/songwriter Billy Yates, has just completed a tour of England. After playing to sold-out crowds for most of the Summer in various European countries such as Spain, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark and Sweden, Yates was asked to visit England for a three week tour of various venues including a number of clubs and theatres throughout the country.

Yates is best known for writing the George Jones classics, "I Don't Need Your Rockin' Chair" and "Choices" and has had songs recorded by artists such as Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans, Gary Allan and Tracy Lawrence. He currently has songs on the latest offerings by Joe Nichols, John Michael Montgomery, Joe Diffie and George Strait.
