Shakir "Chipz" Seagers born in the Bronx, New York he had to earn his respect on the streets by winning rap battles and blowing away performance showcases. Influenced by music at a young age, Chipz became a songwriter after losing his mother at the age of 5 and his grandfather shortly after.
