LOS ANGELES, CA (Reprise/ Warner Records) - What started as a neighborhood garage band in the rural outskirts of Dallas, Texas, has expanded into one of the most acclaimed new acts of the past year. Eisley, featured in Teen Vogue as a band that "People Are Talking About," (August 2004) will open for Scottish band Snow Patrol on a series of North American dates running from early September through mid October, including appearances in New York City's Irving Plaza September 14 and Los Angeles's Avalon October 5, as well as several stops in their home state in Texas.

Comprised of the DuPree siblings - sisters Chauntelle (guitars), Sherri (guitars/vocals), Stacy (keyboards/guitars), brother Weston (drums) - and their neighborhood pal, Jonathon Wilson (bass), Eisley landed an impressive slot at the 2003 Coachella Festival, resulting in "underground fave" status in Rolling Stone. Eisley then rounded out 2003 opening for Coldplay and Brand New throughout the US and even stopped to make an appearance at Britain's V2003 Festival.

Dubbed "The Next Big Thing" by Blender (September 2003) and "Band On The Brink" by Entertainment Weekly (March 16, 2003), Eisley are hard at work adding finishing touches to their debut album for Reprise Records. The eagerly anticipated full-length album, scheduled for release later this year, follows up the band's exciting EP releases - Laughing City (Record Collection, May 20, 2003) and Marvelous Things (Reprise, December 9, 2003).

The Dallas Observer (January 2003) proclaims, "Not only are they younger than most bands, they're more talented, too. Musically, the group doesn't sound like anyone except itself - rare for any band."
