Madness Announce This Year's House Of Fun Weekender - A Nutty Weekend!

LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Murray Chalmers PR) Now a staple part of the winter music scene the Madness curated festival, The House Of Fun Weekender, will take place at Butlins Minehead from the 23rd - 26th November 2012.

Last year's House of Fun saw Madness play two live sets including a performance premiering their much anticipated new album. The forthcoming album, a follow up to the critically acclaimed "The Liberty Of Norton Folgate", will be released later this year. Last year Madness booked an eclectic line up that included Beardy Man, Norman Jay, Paul Heaton, Maverick Sabre, Man Like Me, Andrew Weatherall, The Cuban Brothers, Jerry Dammers, Dan Le Sac and Scroobias Pip and many more, all playing fantastic live sets.

This year will see Madness headline again playing two live sets, Friday and Sunday night. The theme for Friday night's set will be revealed in due course... The full bill is yet to be announced but will include DJs and bands who encompass musical genres from ska to reggae and soul to electronica.

As well as a brilliant musical line up, The House Of Fun Weekender will be living up to its Nutty Weekend moniker with fun and frivolity including hours of entertainment with Rockeoke, Comedy, Darts, Musical Bingo, Silent Disco, and games and antics from The Squeaky Hill Crew. Expect merriment and mirth.
