"The music has a rootsy, down home feel, that ranges from the early country/rock sounds of the Eagles to the more traditional laid back feel of The Good Brothers".
"Several selections stand out . One Lonely Night is a solid country ballad complete with fiddle accompaniment; and there's a tasty Eagles feel to tunes like Summer's Gone and Katie. Nadine (not the Chuck Berry classic) is a bluesy and dark piece of music, while On My Own takes on more of a bar room atomosphere".

"There are a couple of neat changes of pace. I Will Be With You (Dark Isle) is given a Celtic arrangement and moves from a sawing fiddle intro into a fast paced fling.
